1. Engineering Drawing I

One of the problem creating subject in first sem. Difficult to practise and difficult to find any tutorial. Even more difficult when the college doesnot teach and you havent paid proper attention in the begining. Definitely a subject you should practice daily from the very begining. You dont wanna study this boring subject again in your re-exam.

Assessment marks: 60

For Exam:
Full marks: 40 	Pass marks: 16

During the lectures we are taught using the drawing tutorial. A tutorial has number of questions from every chapter. We have to solve some of them on drawing sheet and have to submit on class. Remember to solve them properly because it carries a lot of marks.

2. Engineering Mathematics I

1st semeester math is of medium difficulty.

3. Fundamental of Thermodynamics and heat transfer

Thermodynamics is an easy subject. You can score a decent marks as many of the questions are repeated mostly. Both theory and numericals are important.

4. Engineering Chemistry

Chemistry syllabus is very small and it is very easy. You can easily secure good marks from chemistry.

5. Workshop Technology

Workshop is the easiest you will ever encounter on your engineering semester. You dont have to give any theoretical exam, just practical. Practical happens once in a week where you are given a piece of metal, which we have to modify as told by our teachers.

Assessment: 10 	Practical: 40

6. Computer Programming

You have to read two programming language. One is C and another FORTRAN. Fortran carries 10 marks and rest 70 marks comes from C. C is a hard subject if you dont have any programming background. So it is the subject you should prepare from the begining of your semester.

Assessment: 20 	Practical: 50
